Shipping & Payment Information

Shipping Information :

Our shipping is limited to South Africa only.

Our turn around time is 2 – 5 days from date of order – delivery.

When an item is in stock orders might go out same day, however this might not always be the case so please reference the 2 – 5 day lead time.

We use a third party service, deliver times and item condition upon delivery can not be guaranteed.

We use The Courier Guy Pudo Service, orders can be shipped from locker – locker for as little as R50.00.

We also provide the option from locker – door delivery from as little as R100.00.

Should items arrived damage a client has 7 days to report this back to us NO EXCEPTIONS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If we accidentally sent you the wrong product (Differs from what was invoiced to you) then we will carry the shipping cost to replace the product.
